
Ingredients:
1/2 c raw whole oat flakes or oat groats
1/2 c raw almond milk
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Fruit
Directions:
Before you go to bed, put the first three ingredients in a cereal bowl and let them sit on the counter overnight.
In the morning chop up some of your favourite fruit and add to the oat mixture.

a banana and a 1/2 c of blueberries
an apple and 1/2 c of raspberries
a mango and some unsweetened shredded coconut
Add extra nut milk if desired!
